MR Partnership have been working on projects overseas, predominantly in Mainland Europe, since the commencement of the Practice.

In the early days the majority of the projects were for the retail sector but the range and scope of projects soon widened to include residential and commercial schemes in France, Ireland and Poland.

In 2003 an association was formed with Palm, a French Architectural Practice based in Nice in the South of France to work jointly, where appropriate, on projects in Mainland Europe. A website www.RW-and-B.com was set up as a vehicle for suitable enquiries and projects.

Our association with Palm has worked well on the scheme at Amelie near Perpignan for 90 apartments and also for Cap Estel a high end boutique hotel on the French Rivera. With Palm’s associations in North Africa and the Gulf projects can also be considered in these regions.

Clients have also benefited from our workforce experience in Poland where a 144 residential apartment scheme has been prepared for the outskirts of Warsaw.

With more companies and clients investing abroad an arrangement combining local knowledge and UK communication has proved to be an attractive proposition.
