The Directors have been working together for many years and with the Associates have a detailed and direct involvement in all projects from design to completion of building works. The Directors and Associates also have the responsibility for key functions in the office such as design control, technical co-ordination, building contracts, CAD, Practice development and publicity.

Working directly with the Directors and Associates, and dealing with the day to day running of contracts, are fully qualified project Architects who work on the projects from design stage through to completion. An important part of our team are the assistants and technicians who work on specific projects as required during various work stages, providing invaluable expertise in design, presentation, working drawings, details and specifications. Most of this work is done on CAD using current AutoCAD & ArchiCad software. These project teams are ably supported by our office administrative staff. Currently we have eighteen full time staff, twelve of whom are full time technical staff.
