Located at the centre of Carnaby Street, this office development carried out for Shaftesbury plc consists of two existing buildings which have been joined together with a new five storey glazed entrance atrium. The ground and basement levels consist of 2 large retail units with frontages onto both Carnaby Street and Broadwick Street.

Interior fittings and finishes were chosen to to be clean and minimal with the focus placed on the main entrance staircase. The stair has an industrial aesthetic from the underside with painted structure and stainless steel support trays, while the top surface is fitted with solid oak which ties into the timber floors of the offices.
