Broadwick Street

The regeneration of the Carnaby Estate continues with the completion of a significant new public space at the Broadwick Street/Carnaby Street junction.

Working in conjunction with City of Westminster, Broadwick Street has been resurfaced in high quality York stone and granite paving with new signage, street furniture and traffic calming.

New shopfronts have been installed to the various flagship retail units in surrounding buildings, including 61-67 Broadwick Street, 71 Broadwick Street and National Magazine House.

An attractive new office entrance to 71 Broadwick Street with a spectacular glazed staircase and atrium completes the ensemble of building frontages and renewed facades around this new plaza in the heart of Carnaby.
