Elephant

This design and build project for 14 apartments is located on the north side of the river Thames just west of Vauxhall Bridge in central London.

The building makes full use of a compact site providing most of the flats with river views and large south facing terraces. The building cantilevers over the riverside walk and the introduction of an angled metal ‘mast’ creates a dynamic and contemporary elevation.

A magnificent duplex apartment is located at the top of the building with panoramic views. Car parking is achieved by the use of an underground car stacking system. One of the first such installations in the country.
