Maddox Street

31-33 Maddox Street is a new high quality office, retail and residential development.

The existing site comprises two properties, Nos 31 and 33 Maddox Street. The proposed scheme includes the demolition of No 33, partial demolition of No 31 and erection of a new 7-storey (5 storeys plus ground and basement) building incorporating the retained Victorian façade to No31. The proposed scheme will provide part offices/part retail on the ground floor, offices on basement, first to fourth floors and new residential flats on 4th and 5th floors.

The scheme gained planning + conservation area consent in October 2006 and construction is planned to commence in 2010
