Situated in Hampstead the site consisted a car park at the rear of a residential block owned by our client. We achieved planning approval for a one bedroom dwelling which was built over the existing parking spaces on columns with only the entrance situated at ground floor level.

This scheme achieved remarkable added value for the client. The land cost was nil, a luxury one bedroom dwelling was created and an ugly back of shop/parking area was greatly improved.
